48 Tray Cap. Tray Dryer

"VITAL" make dryer are fabricated main frame with M.S. angle frame and double walle M.S. sheet are insulated with best quality compressed glass wool and with heavy insulated door fitted with SS ball & spring. A motor control and other electrical control are fitted of front side of dryer to facilited the operation easily. It has large working space and is available in good finishing in synthetic enamel color. Inner walls are painted with heat resistant paint to resist temperature up to 300 degree.

Description

The dryer are operated on electrically and steam heated. Dryer are well accepted for fast economical drying of powder, bottles and other material.

Air Circulation

A highly effective recirculation air system is provided with 5 micron air filter. The filtered air heated electrically / steam, is recalculated with fresh air in selected proportions for optimum drying, uniform air circulation controlled temperature, steady construction and large working space are the valuable of the dryer, wide temperature range. Loading and unloading is faster and simple in higher capacities trays trolley rolls in and out of the chamber for continuous operation a spare trolley can be had for loading while the drying cycle is taking place.

Controlled Temperature

Dial thermometer and thermostat/ digital temp indicator cum controller with digital timer are supplied to facilitate working day and night.
